CHRR - Fouad Sojudi Frymany, Amir Kabir University’s student was sentenced to eight years imprisonment by Tehran’s Revolutionary Court Branch-26.

This verdict issued while this doctoral student was hospitalized in Tehran psychiatric hospital (Mehregan Hospital) due to the pressure in the Sepah’s section 2-A in Evin prison.

Sojudi was arrested on 14th September 2010, and transferred to Sepah’s section 2-A in Evin prison. He was released from prison with 480,000. USD bail.

Fouad Sojudi Frymany who is a bachelor alumni of Sharif University and master graduated from Polytechnic University. Fouad was admitted in biomedical doctoral program engineering in Amir Kabir University which was expelled from it due to his arrest in the early days of the academic year.
