Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict are putting their children first when it comes to co-parenting like pros. Recently, the couple was spotted supporting and cheering on their daughter, Cairo, at a track meet.
The Sister Sister alum shared a carousel of images from the meet on social media. She began her caption, “Watching Cairo run track at Birmingham High, the same school where my sister and I went to high school, fills my heart with so much pride.”
She continued, “In our family, sports have always been a big part of our lives. We all played growing up, and now seeing Cairo follow in those footsteps, just like Tahj and Tavior did when he was her age, is so special. She’s fearless, determined, and so full of joy, and I couldn’t be prouder. Watching her chase after what she loves reminds me just how beautiful it is to grow, evolve, and embrace new passions!”

Mowry and Hardrict parted ways in October of 2022, finalizing their divorce in April of 2023 after 14 years of marriage. Since the divorce, Mowry has been very open about not only her new journey as a single mother-of-two, but making the adjustment to co-parenting with Hardrict.
In a December of 2024 social media post, The Game alum shared a poignant message about co-parenting.

“Happy Holidays from my family to yours! Co-parenting during the holidays is a journey—one that’s filled with a mix of emotions,” Tia wrote alongside various images of she and her children celebrating the season. “It’s different, and yes, it can feel challenging and even lonely at times, especially when you’re adjusting to a new family dynamic. But over time, I’ve found the beauty in it.”
She added, “It’s an opportunity for my kids to build meaningful relationships with both parents, and for me, it creates space for self-discovery, healing, and rejuvenation.”
It appears as if the duo is truly exhibiting healthy co-parenting behavior, putting the children first, as all parents in this situation should try to do. In addition to six-year-old Cairo, the couple are also parents to 13-year-old son, Cree.
